What You’ll Need to Join the Cape Crew
Before applying, make sure these requirements work for you:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- A Smile and Happy to help attitude
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Ability to perform the physical duties of professional residential cleaning
- Ability to read, understand, and follow work orders, safety information, and client instructions
- Ability to meet Right The 1st Time’s pre-employment background-screening requirements
- Ability to complete required pre-employment drug screening
- Dependable attendance and reliable communication
