Let’s be honest… every home has its “season.”
Some weeks you’re living your best life in Level 1 Immaculate Bliss, and other weeks… well, you’re wondering if the dust bunnies have unionized.

That’s why we follow a  Dirt Code Guide — a simple, light-hearted way to understand where your home falls on the clean-scale and what kind of service will truly get you that Ahhh, my house feels amazing again moment.

Levels 1–2: The Rare Unicorn Homes

If your home is a Level 1 or 2… first of all, do you even live there?
These homes are immaculate, tidy, and cleaned almost daily. You probably have your life together, color-coded planners, and matching Tupperware lids.

We admire you. We also fear you a little.

Levels 3–4: The “Coming From Another Service” Crowd

These homes are clean, but there’s a light dust jacket forming.
Maybe your previous service did the basics, maybe they didn’t move the toaster, maybe they pretended blinds don’t exist… no judgment.
You’re the folks who say, “It looks clean,” until sunlight hits the room and exposes every crumb.

Levels 5–7: The Realistic, Average Home

Welcome to where most families live — kids, pets, busy schedules, mystery fingerprints on every surface.
Your home is clean-ish.
Not embarrassing, but not Insta-ready either. You’re doing your best and honestly… same.

Levels 8–10: The Deep-Clean Zone (aka: We Got You!)

Life happens — air filters get forgotten, soap scum gets bold, the kitchen rebels.
When you look around and think, “I don’t even know where to start,” that’s where we come in.

These levels need a top-to-bottom deep clean, lots of scrubbing, and maybe a pep talk (for both you and the house).
We roll up with our tools, our elbow grease, and our we’ve-seen-worse energy.

Level 11: The “Call a Specialist” Category

This includes biohazards, pet waste, infestations, and hoarding.
Right The 1st Time doesn’t handle these — but we can point you in the right direction.
